The big stuff: Christian, wife, mom of two very sticky/very cute littles, dog mom, pediatric occupational therapist, and lowcountry resident.

The other stuff? Recovering striver / people pleaser, overuser of the word “fresh” when talking about my favorite foods, book lover, enneagram 2, Clemson Tiger fan, big travel fan, and my favorite color is yellow.

I love to talk and write—especially about my family, the lessons life teaches me, practical tips from my world of occupational therapy, missions, and the profound impact of compassionate care. Life is wonderfully messy and sticky, and after praying for these precious moments for so long, I'm learning to savor them with patience and joy (very much an ongoing process).
